When it comes to cooking for someone with a food intolerance it is easy to think that you will no longer be able to eat your favourite dishes or be able to cook and eat with the rest of the family.  

Here we give you some fantastic recipes that look and taste every bit as good as normally cook and are good enough to serve, not just for family meals but for dinner parties too.

Our recipes section is divided into starters, main meals and desserts with all recipes being free from wheat, gluten, milk and egg.
